Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

For any changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing contact@charliecrew.com. Once your item has been shipped, no further changes can be made.

How long will it take to get my order?

Thank you for your order! Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped. Once it has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email. If tracking is available for your item, the email will include a tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as how quickly you'd like it to arrive. You'll see all available options and the exact cost at checkout, just before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet - but it's coming very soon! For now, orders can only be shipped within the UK.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked - especially if they’ve been popular! If there’s something you missed out on, feel free to get in touch or keep an eye out by checking the Instagram page for updates.

How do I return an order?
